Organic by Choice

I practice organic/bio agricolture as a principle, and have done so from the very beginning. In 2018 I turned to BioAgricert in order to achieve the official Bio recognition. I was accredited the Bio certification already in Jan. 2019. Numerous tests and controls over the course of a year only confirmed the organic practices already in place for a decade.

It is my belief that it should be the norm to cultivate the vines in a responsible matter respecting the environment in which we act, and in respect of employees, and consumers.

Sustainability

Furthermore, we continue to improve where possible our various processes to eliminate or reduce waste, and to recycle. We use a 100% natural degradable thread to tie up the vines when possible. We find new ways to use left-over labels, and all of our suppliers are ISO certified and/or bio. We only ship full pallets to our warehouse, and we buy used pallets. Left-over non-Euro pallets get shipped back to one of our suppliers so they can be used again instead of just being broken up in pieces and burnt. Wherever we can make a difference, we do so.
